Ping Hong (China) Director
The founder of Gateway Language Village,
Hong Xiu Ping, completed his Master's degree at Purdue University,
Indiana. After working several years in the USA he returned to China
to contribute to its future development. Ping realised that the most
important factor in helping people learn a language was the creation
of the right environment. The total immersion method (TIE) used at
Gateway has been successful in helping many thousands of students
to quickly build up their skill and confidence in using English.

Simmon Zhang(China)
Simmon Zhang graduated from a foreign language college in 1980 and taught Chinese in the Chinese Training Center of the school. He has perfect pronunciation and a pleasant accent. Simmon likes to teach language from daily life and has been teaching many students from USA , Japan , Australia , Belgium and France . Simmon likes travelling and knows many life styles in China by visiting different places.

Nancy Zhao (China)
Nancy Zhao was born in Inner Mongolian but brought up in Hangzhou , Zhejiang Province. She worked in Hotel Management and training for 14 years. She joined GLV in 2001 and helped found the Support Service Department. Before she started working in Reception,she had been the manager of Support Service. She did tutoring work while she was working in Reception. Nancy has studied English and massage and is studying a self-taught degree in Beijing University , majoring in Commerce. She likes travelling and sports. |

Jane Tang is from Jiangxi Province , China . She attended University in Jiangxi Journalism University , majored in Designer. She was the school announcer during her stay in the school. Jane has been designing for 6 years. She likes Chinese Teaching and hopes to teach foreigners more about Chinese Culture and how to make friends with Chinese. |

Janet is from Xiantao , Hubei Province. She has been fond of singing since she was 3 years old, reading since 6, watching TV since 12, writing and using the internet since 20. She regards Chinese teaching as a kind of happiness with challenges. |

Casper Xu is from Anhui Province . He graduated from Anhui Normal University and majored in Chinese Literature. He studied Medicine and English. He worked in a military factory and a coal mine. Influenced by his family's education, he decided to devote himself to Education. He hopes to introduce China to the world through education and let other countries know China better. He is interested in reading and travelling. |
